Michigan that manufactures products for doctors,
hospitals and healthcare centres in over 100
countries. Stryker places great emphasis on
their graduate schemes and are flexible for their
employees changing departments and locations,
providing solid foundations for a full career. The
company’s internship programmes allows students to
explore the different areas of their business, from
manufacturing to marketing. Like JetBlue, Styker
offer rotational schemes for recent graduates to
let them discover the business and find their feet
where they’re most comfortable. They are also proud
of the work they do to promote equality in the

scheme offers full-time opportunities to people who have
completed an undergraduate degree or a master of business

company negotiate real-world problems. Graduates on
the scheme can gain experience either in a set position or

America’s best businesses (with more than 1,000

Every year, General Electric (GE) hires over 2,000
graduates straight from university into full-time
positions. GE specialise in manufacturing power
generation technologies from a range of industries,
including renewables, aviation, and digital. The
company has become a global phenomenon; a third of
the world’s energy is generated by GE, and 40% of it is
managed by their software across 180 countries. With
such an enormous operation, GE seeks out passionate
individuals with a variety of qualifications and skills to
perform different functions, including engineering and
technology, legal, sales, and finance. The company is
highly-focused on employee development, encouraging
their workers to spend time outside of their immediate
role to learn more about the business and how it operates.
