Walmart may seem like it’s just a chain of American
supermarkets, but for recent graduates, it could be
so much more than that. Their graduate schemes
allow candidates to do work that impacts 230 million
shoppers across a range of brands every week. It all
starts with a 10-week internship (that is competitively
paid), which in most cases results in the offer of a full-
time position or a return internship. Walmart help with
the relocation process for their successful applicants to
help them settle and assigns them their own project
from the very beginning to make them feel included
and responsible. Their opportunities span a broad
range of skillsets and operations, including finance,
commerce and marketing.

second-largest banking institution in the United States.
The environment that has been cultivated at Bank of

students in their penultimate year at university), they
do offer full-time Analyst and Associate Programmes
to recent graduates. Employees in these programmes
are supported by continued training, performance
evaluations, mentoring support and networking
opportunities alongside their on-the-job experience.

resorts worldwide every year; its graduate scheme
combines all the excitement of a visit to Disneyland with
bountiful career development opportunities too. The

interest in their desired position, with fields ranging from
