Powerful Youth LLC (USA) is a global social enterprise
education services provider offering unique and
engaging youth leadership training for ages 12 to 18
years. Powerful Youth offers spring and summer Global
Leadership Academies in Canada, England and the
United States in partnership with the Brookes Education
Group. In addition, Powerful Youth also runs custom in-
school programmes around the world, sending their
dedicated and expert staff to run experience-based
leadership programmes to build student’s confidence
and leadership soft skills such as communication, critical
thinking and teamwork. Since 2014, the Powerful Youth
Global Leadership Academies have provided exciting
leadership experiences for hundreds of students from
more than 18 countries.
The judges were particularly impressed with Powerful
Youth’s committed six month follow-up coaching to
ensure their programmes have lasting results. In addition
to online coaching support, their participants boast
an impressive digital portfolio of their work as well
as a detailed certificate of completion, exhibiting the
knowledge they have gained. These programmes have
proven to be an invaluable resource for young people by
giving them a boost in confidence, new considered habits
and a competitive advantage for university applications.

connection between their passions and their studies to
help them understand their place and direction moving
forward as a young leader.
